"I can rent a motor scooter in New York?
Heading to New York tomorrow with some friends and one of them suffered a sprained right knee last night and could barely walk. Knowing that a ton of walking is required in the city, I wonder if anybody knows a place where we rented a scooter to move. Preferably something similar to what is seen in the link below. It is available to buy here, but not for rent. I know there are a hundred places for rent one of these mobile wheelchair type scooters, but I thought that you can see below would be the day a little more and less embarrassing. Can anyone help? Is it a gas or electric scooter? You may have trouble with the police with those that use gas. If you're oustide of New York City, to see if a Segway is sufficient.
