What alarm should I get my 50 cc scooter?

I need an alarm for my scooter. It has been vandalized on two separate occasions. (I I live in a university campus in a very big city) I prefer something with a pager so I know when the scooter is rigged. Do you have any recommendations? I need to fit a Yamaha C3 2007. Dan-O My scooter is faster, more powerful, has better gas mileage, more computerized, and cheaper than Vespas all comparable. I think I made the right decision, but thanks. :)

Alarms are difficult on a scooter. Most scooter battery are quite small and the extra draw that puts an alarm in them tends to drain quickly. If you go with an alarm, make sure the car / start your bike often. At least three times a week for at least 10 minutes. If you let your bike sit for more than a couple of days with an alarm installed, you'll need have the bike on a wire charger. After the battery has run a couple of times and reloading will stop holding a charge. That said, I've had good luck with Gorilla alarm cycle. There is no model available with a two-way pager with a range of about 1 / 2 mile. Remember to have a qualified shop to install the alarm, the dealer should be able to provide the service, maintaining the integrity of your warranty. EJ
